ABOUT MARc Singh
Before real estate, I ran a business in the wholesale and distribution sector. That background gives me something most agents don't have — a genuine understanding of how businesses think, what they actually need from a space, and what's really at stake when signing a commercial lease.
Today, I focus exclusively on commercial properties across Singapore. I've helped major F&B brands find their first local space, assisted investors in building industrial portfolios, and led project marketing teams on new commercial launches. I work with international companies, local business owners and private family offices alike.
I'm also a partner at Secret Sauce, an F&B consultancy that helps operators with licensing, compliance, site planning and outlet setup.
